That's some seriously messed up stuff. If I didn't know better, I'd say Plum-san or Peach-san made up some sort of really scary punishment for anyone messing with the kitchen or even anyone who came into the kitchen, but it would have to be really, really broad. And there would have to be punishments for all the other rooms, too.
Plus, it would be a little too fairy tale, wouldn't it?
